Medtec China 2025 International Medical Device Design & Manufacturing Technology Exhibition was successfully held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. As a global benchmark event for medical device R&D and manufacturing, it gathered over 1,000 global suppliers/brands and 85,000+ industry professionals. Femtosecond Laser Reshapes Medical Manufacturing Precision

China’s medical device market expands steadily—2024 manufacturers’ revenue is expected to hit RMB 1.35 trillion, with innovative medical devices approving at 24%+ annual growth (IVD, imaging, surgical instruments as key drivers). However, high-end medical core components face long-standing issues: insufficient precision, poor material adaptability, severe thermal damage—traditional machining/conventional lasers fall short.  

MONO’s femtosecond laser "ultra-short pulse cold processing" solves this, with no thermal damage, high precision, broad material compatibility, meeting medical demands for biocompatibility, structural precision and material performance.

1. Minimally Invasive Devices: ±1μm precision, compatible with stainless steel/PET; used in guide wires, blood glucose needles to improve surgical accuracy & patient comfort.  

2. Implantable Devices: Non-thermal damage cutting for smooth edges; suitable for precision cutting of medical surgical tools.  

3. High-End Imaging Components: Micron-level precision, Ra 0.2μm surface roughness; upgrades CT tube bearings by solving traditional processing deviations.
